Tilodi Safari Lodge and Camping ("we") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with applicable data protection law, including Botswana's Data Protection Act.

• Booking details: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, dates, guests and any notes you give us.
• Payment records: amounts and references. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and never stored by us.
• Basic technical data, such as pages visited, to keep the website working and secure.

How we use it

• To manage your booking, take payments, and contact you about your stay.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• We do not sell your information. We only send marketing if you have agreed to receive it.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run bookings — our hosting, database, email and payment providers — and only as needed to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for your stay and for our legal and accounting records.
